A project featuring a system of competitive bidding on flour supplies in three governorates (Alexandria, Minya and Ismailia), pending its extension throughout the country. The aim of this system is to stop the smuggling of wheat, reduce shortages, and cut down on trafficking in wheat and flour.

As a result, 15 primary schools and 15 kindergartens in Cairo, Alexandria and Minya benefitted from the programme with more than 300 students with disability integrated into the system. More than 300 teachers received integration education training. Two parents' associations and two integral education networks in Cairo and in Minya were established.
وكان من نتائج العمل تطوير العملية التعليمية في 15 مدرسة ابتدائية و15 حضانة في محافظات القاهرة والإسكندرية والمنيا، ودمج أكثر من 300 طفل ذوي إعاقة، بالإضافة إلى تدريب أكثر من 300 مدرس على التعليم الدامج، وتم تشكيل جمعيتين معظم أعضاؤهما من أولياء الأمور، إضافة إلى شبكة للدمج التعليمي في المنيا, وأخرى في القاهرة.
