وإذ يساورها شديد القلق ﻷن عددا كبيرا من موظفي وخبراء اﻷمم المتحدة وأسرهم لا يزالون معتقلين أو مسجونين أو مفقودين أو محتجزين في بلد ما رغما عنهم،

The Secretary-General was requested to submit to the General Assembly, at its fifty-third session, a report on the situation of United Nations and other personnel carrying out activities in fulfilment of the mandate of a United Nations operation who are imprisoned, missing or held in a country against their will, on cases that have been successfully settled and on the implementation of the measures referred to in the resolution.
وطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين تقريرا عن حالة موظفي اﻷمم المتحدة وغيرهم من اﻷفراد الذين يضطلعون بأنشطة من شأنها الوفاء بولاية إحدى عمليات اﻷمم المتحدة، والذين هم في السجن أو في عداد المفقودين أو قيد الاحتجاز في بلد ضد إرادتهم، وعن الحالات التي تمت تسويتها بنجاح، وعن تنفيذ التدابير المشار إليها في القرار.

Recalling its resolution 1995/39 of 3 March 1995, in which it requested the Secretary-General to submit to the Commission at its fifty-second session an updated version of the report on the situation of United Nations staff members, experts and their families detained, imprisoned, missing or held in a country against their will,
وإذ تشير إلى قرارها ٥٩٩١/٩٣ المؤرخ في ٣ آذار/مارس ٥٩٩١ الذي رجت فيه من اﻷمين العام أن يقدم إلى اللجنة في دورتها الثانية والخمسين صيغة مستوفاة للتقرير عن حالة موظفي وخبراء اﻷمم المتحدة وأسرهم المعتقلين أو المسجونين أو المفقودين أو المحتجزين في بلد ما رغما عنهم،

It also requested him to submit to the Commission, at its fifty-second session, a report on the situation of United Nations staff members, experts and their families detained, imprisoned, missing or held in a country against their will, on cases which have been successfully settled since the presentation of the last report, and on the implementation of the measures referred to in the resolution.
وطلبت اليه أيضاً أن يقدم اليها في دورتها الثانية والخمسين تقريراً عن حالة موظفي وخبراء اﻷمم المتحدة وأسرهم المعتقلين أو المسجونين أو المفقودين أو المحتجزين في بلد ما رغماً عنهم، وعن الحالات التي تمت تسويتها بنجاح منذ تقديم آخر تقرير، وكذلك عن تنفيذ التدابير المشار اليها في القرار.

It also requested him to submit to the Commission, at its fifty-first session, an updated version of the report on the situation of United Nations staff members, experts and their families detained, imprisoned, missing or held in a country against their will, including those cases which had been successfully settled since the presentation of the last report, as well as on the implementation of the measures referred to in the above resolution.
وطلبت إليه أيضا أن يقدم الى اللجنة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين صيغة محدﱠثة للتقرير المتعلق بحالة موظفي وخبراء اﻷمم المتحدة وأسرهم المعتقلين أو المسجونين أو المفقودين أو المحتجزين في بلد ما رغما عنهم، بما في ذلك تلك الحالات التي تمت تسويتها بنجاح منذ تقديم آخر تقرير ، وكذلك عن تنفيذ التدابير المشار اليها في القرار المذكور آنفاً.
