20- وتنص المادة 11 من القانون النموذجي لمكافحة تهريب المهاجرين بشأن تيسير الدخول والإقامة لأغراض إجراءات العدالة على أنه يجوز للسلطة المختصة أو الوزير المختص أن يمنح تأشيرة دخول أو تصريح إقامة لمهاجر مهرَّب وذلك من أجل تيسير التحقيق في جناية ما و/أو ملاحقتها قضائيا.
