5. Welcomes and commends the intention of H.E. Addressing the thirtieth session of the General Conference of UNESCO on 29 October 2000, the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mohammad Khatami, said that the dialogue among civilizations and cultures should naturally examine the issues that are vital and urgent for mankind; and the foremost of these concerns is the relationship between man and nature.
وقال السيد محمد خاتمي رئيس جمهورية إيران الإسلامية، في خطابه أمام الدورة الثلاثين للمؤتمر العام لليونسكو في 29 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر2000، إن من الطبيعي أن يدرس الحوار بين الحضارات والثقافات القضايا الحيوية والملحة للبشرية؛ ومن أهم هذه المشاغل العلاقة بين الإنسان والطبيعة.
