35- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف باتخاذ تدابير مناسبة لتيسير جمع شمل هؤلاء العمال المهاجرين المغاربة مع أفراد أسرهم الذين عادوا إلى الجزائر.

4. The Committee notes that some of the countries that employ Moroccan migrant workers are not yet parties to the Convention, which constitutes an obstacle to the enjoyment by those workers of the rights to which they are entitled under the Convention.
4- وتلاحظ اللجنة أن بعض البلدان التي يستخدم فيها عدد كبير من العمال المهاجرين المغاربة لم تصبح بعد طرفاً في الاتفاقية، وهو ما يشكل عائقاً أمام ممارسة هؤلاء العمال حقوقهم المعترف بها في الاتفاقية.

The Committee welcomes the efforts made by the State party to allow Moroccan migrant workers living abroad to participate in the 2011 constitutional referendum, but regrets that there is still no means to ensure their participation in elections.
وتنوه اللجنة بما بذلته الدولة الطرف من جهود لتمكين العمال المهاجرين المغاربة المقيمين بالخارج من المشاركة في الاستفتاء الدستوري لعام 2011، لكنها تأسف لأنه لا يوجد حتى الآن وسائل تكفل مشاركتهم في الانتخابات.

42. The Committee encourages the State party to take measures to facilitate the exercise of the right to vote by all Moroccan migrant workers living abroad.
42- تشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على اتخاذ تدابير لكي تضمن لجميع العمال المهاجرين المغاربة المقيمين في الخارج ممارسة حقهم في التصويت.

46. The Committee recommends that the State party ensure that its consular or diplomatic authorities provide information and appropriate assistance to Moroccan migrant workers and members of their families living abroad, including those in an irregular situation.
46- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تكفل تقديم سلطاتها القنصلية أو الدبلوماسية معلومات ومساعدة مناسبة إلى العمال المهاجرين المغاربة وأفراد أسرهم المقيمين بالخارج، بمن فيهم الموجودون في وضع غير قانوني.

43. The Committee notes the mechanisms established by the State party in cooperation with the International Organization for Migration to ensure economic and social integration of Moroccan migrant workers who voluntarily return to the State party.
43- تحيط اللجنة علماً بما وضعته الدولة الطرف، بالتعاون مع المنظمة الدولية للهجرة، من آليات لضمان إعادة إدماج العمال المهاجرين المغاربة العائدين طوعاً إلى الدولة الطرف في الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية.

45. The Committee notes the help provided by the State party to Moroccan migrant workers living abroad through legal aid programmes, administrative and social assistance programmes and other cultural and educational programmes, and also the increase in the number of consular posts.
45- وتحيط اللجنة علماً بالمساعدة التي تقدمها الدولة الطرف إلى العمال المهاجرين المغاربة في الخارج، عن طريق برامج الدعم القانوني والمساعدة الإدارية والاجتماعية وغير ذلك من البرامج الثقافية والتعليمية فضلاً عن تدعيم المراكز القنصلية.

(35) The Committee recommends that the State party takes appropriate measures to facilitate the reunification of those Moroccan migrant workers with their families who remained in Algeria.
(35) توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف باتخاذ تدابير مناسبة لتيسير جمع شمل هؤلاء العمال المهاجرين المغاربة مع أفراد أسرهم الذين عادوا إلى الجزائر.

In the light of the information that was provided, the Committee notes the lack of effective measures to take account of the concerns of Moroccan migrant workers expelled from Algerian territory in the past by promoting adequate economic conditions for their resettlement and facilitating their sustainable social and cultural reintegration in the State party, in accordance with article 67 of the Convention.
وتستنتج اللجنة من المعلومات المقدَّمة نقص التدابير التي تؤخذ فيها بعين الاعتبار شواغل العمال المهاجرين المغاربة الذين طُردوا في الماضي من الأراضي الجزائرية وتتوخى توفير ظروف اقتصادية ملائمة لإعادة توطينهم وتيسير إعادة إدماجهم بصورة دائمة في الحياة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للدولة الطرف، طبقاً للمادة 67 من الاتفاقية.
