يتصل تعليقي بالمادة 89 من النظام الداخلي للجمعية العامة، وبخاصة الجملة الرابعة من هذه المادة، التي تنص على ما يلي: " فإذا قبل اقتراح التجزئة فإن أجزاء الاقتراح أو التعديل التي تعتمد تطرح للتصويت عليها مجتمعة " .
