I would now like to give the floor to the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, His Excellency Mr. Manouchehr Mottaki.

Over the past years, the Islamic Republic of Iran has regularly sent high-level officials to address the Conference, and Minister Mottaki was here last year.
لقد دأبت جمهورية إيران الإسلامية خلال السنوات الماضية على إيفاد مسؤولين رفيعي المستوى لمخاطبة المؤتمر، وكان الوزير متقي هنا العام الماضي.

He held separate meetings with the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Manouchehr Mottaki, and the Foreign Minister of Iraq, Hoshyar Zebari, to discuss matters of regional interest, including preparations for the International Compact.
كما عقد اجتماعات منفصلة مع وزير خارجية جمهورية إيران الإسلامية مانوشهر متقي ووزير خارجية العراق هوشيار زيباري، لمناقشة المسائل ذات الأهمية الإقليمية، بما في ذلك الأعمال التحضيرية لإبرام الاتفاق الدولي.

I have the honour to convey herewith the letter addressed to you by Mr. Manouchehr Mottaki, Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, concerning Iran's peaceful nuclear programme and the latest report of the International Atomic Energy Agency in this regard (see annex).

In the aftermath of the 19 August attacks, the Iranian Minister for Foreign Affairs, Manouchehr Mottaki, and the Turkish Minister for Foreign Affairs, Ahmet Davutoĝlu, met separately with Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and Syrian President Bashar al-Asad in Baghdad and Damascus, respectively.
6 - وعقب الهجمات التي وقعت في 19 آب/أغسطس، اجتمع كل من وزير الخارجية الإيراني منوشهر متقي ووزير الخارجية التركي أحمد داوود أوغلو على حدة برئيس الوزراء العراقي نوري المالكي والرئيس السوري بشار الأسد في بغداد ودمشق على التوالي.
