وتضيف صاحبة الشكوى أن أعمال التعذيب هذه تعرض لها منير حموش على أيدي سجانيه بنية جعله يتجرع آلاماً شديدة، إذ يستحيل إخضاع شخص لمثل هذا العنف بصورة غير مقصودة.
