The High Contracting Parties and parties to an armed conflict shall, in accordance with applicable law, provide or facilitate the provision of adequate assistance, including medical care, rehabilitation and psychological support and assistance for social and economic inclusion to cluster munitions victims in territories under their jurisdiction or control.
