It has been nearly one month since my last letter to you concerning the grave situation in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem.

Since my last letter to you on 19 December 2011, I must inform you of the following violations committed by Israel, the occupying Power, against the Palestinian people.

Since my last letter to you on 18 January 2006, the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, has witnessed significant political developments, namely the conclusion of democratic and transparent elections.
منذ آخر رسالة وجهتها إليكم في 18 كانون الثاني/يناير 2006، شهدت الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس الشرقية، تطورات سياسية هامة تمثلت في إجراء انتخابات ديمقراطية شفافة.

In this regard, since 7 July 2014, Israel, the occupying Power, has brutally killed at least 184 Palestinians in the Gaza Strip alone; more than 70 have been killed in the period since my last letter to you, dated 11 July, and since the clear call by the Security Council on 12 July for a ceasefire and for respect of international humanitarian law, including through the protection of civilians.
وفي هذا الصدد، ومنذ 7 تموز/يوليه 2014، قتلت إسرائيل، السلطة القائمة بالاحتلال، بطريقة وحشية 184 فلسطينيا على الأقل في قطاع غزة وحده؛ ولقد قتل أكثر من 70 فلسطينيا خلال الفترة الممتدة منذ رسالتي الأخيرة الموجهة إليكم في 11 تموز/يوليه، ومنذ الدعوة الواضحة التي وجهها مجلس الأمن في 12 تموز/يوليه إلى وقف إطلاق النار واحترام القانون الإنساني الدولي، بما في ذلك حماية المدنيين.

Accordingly, in follow-up to the above-mentioned letters, I regret to inform you that, in the few days since my last letter to you, at least 13 more Palestinian civilians, including two children, have been killed by the Israeli occupying forces, raising the total number of martyrs killed since September 2000 to 3,880. (The names of the martyrs who have been identified are listed in the annex to the present letter.)
وبناء عليه، ومتابعة للرسائل المذكورة أعلاه، يؤسفني أن أبلغكم بأنه منذ آخر رسالة بعثنا بها إليكم قبل أيام قلائل، قتلت قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي ما لا يقل عن 13 مدنيا فلسطينيا آخرين، مما يرفع العدد الإجمالي للشهداء الذين قُتلوا منذ أيلول/سبتمبر 2000 إلى 880 3 شهيدا. Since my last letter to you one week ago, I regret to inform you that at least 15 Palestinians have been killed by the Israeli occupying forces.
ويؤسفني أن أبلغكم بأن ما لا يقل عن 15 فلسطينيا قد قتلوا على يد قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي منذ الرسالة الأخيرة التي وجهتها إليكم في الأسبوع الماضي.

I regret to inform you that, since my last letter to you and the convening of the emergency meeting of the Security Council on Saturday, 1 March 2008, the Palestinian death toll has continued to rise as a result of the military onslaught unleashed by Israel, the occupying Power, against the Palestinian civilian population in the Gaza Strip.
يؤسفني أن أبلغكم أنه منذ رسالتي الأخيرة إليكم وانعقاد الاجتماع الطارئ لمجلس الأمن يوم السبت 1 آذار/مارس 2008، ما زالت حصيلة القتلى الفلسطينيين في تصاعد مستمر نتيجة الهجوم العسكري الذي شنته إسرائيل، السلطة القائمة بالاحتلال، ضد السكان المدنيين الفلسطينيين في قطاع غزة.

Accordingly, in follow-up to the above-mentioned letters, it is my deepest regret to inform you that, since my last letter to you, at least 29 more Palestinians have been killed by the Israeli occupying forces, raising the total number of martyrs killed since September 2000 to 3,258 Palestinians. Since my last letter to you on 26 July 2006, Israeli occupying forces have killed at least 32 Palestinians, including seven children, and over 40 have been injured, many seriously.

وتعقيبا على الرسائل المذكورة أعلاه، يُؤسفني أشد الأسف أن أبلغكم بأن 12 مدنيا فلسطينيا على الأقل قُتلوا على أيدي قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلية منذ آخر رسالة وجهتها إليكم منذ يومين، فارتفع عدد الشهداء المقتولين منذ أيلول/سبتمبر 2000 إلى 611 4 شخصا. In follow-up to the above-mentioned letters, it is my profound regret to inform you that, since my last letter to you two days ago, at least 13 more Palestinian civilians have been killed by the Israeli occupying forces, raising the total number of martyrs killed since September 2000 to 4,624 people. وإلحاقا بالرسائل السالفة الذكر، يؤسفني جدا أن أبلغكم أنه منذ رسالتي الأخيرة الموجهة إليكم منذ يومين، قتل 13 مدنيا فلسطينيا آخر على الأقل على يد قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلية، مما يرفع مجموع عدد الشهداء المقتولين منذ أيلول/سبتمبر 2000 إلى 624 4 شهيدا. I regret that I must once again draw the attention of the international community to the critical situation in Occupied Palestine due to the persistent and escalating acts of violence and other violations being perpetrated by Israel, the occupying Power, and its settlers against the Palestinian people and their land, which has resulted in more killings, injuries and destruction in the days since my last letter to you (A/ES-10/665-S/2014/810).

Accordingly, in follow-up to the above-mentioned letters, I regret to inform you that since my last letter to you four days ago, at least 13 more Palestinian civilians, including children, have been killed by the Israeli occupying forces, raising the total number of martyrs killed since September 2000 to 3,914. (The names of the martyrs that have been identified are listed in the annex to the present letter.)
وبناء عليه، ومتابعةً للرسائل المذكورة أعلاه، يؤسفني أن أبلغكم بأنه منذ آخر رسالة بعثنا بها إليكم قبل أربعة أيام، قتلت قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي ما لا يقل عن 13 مدنيا فلسطينيا آخرين، بينهم أطفال، ما يرفع العدد الإجمالي للشهداء الذين قُتلوا منذ أيلول/سبتمبر 2000 إلى 914 3 شهيدا. Since my last letter to you, dated 1 May 2003, the Israeli occupying forces have killed 34 Palestinian civilians, including 8 children, and wounded many others.
فمنذ الرسالة الأخيرة التي وجهتها إليكم والمؤرخة 1 أيار/مايو 2003، قتلت قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلية 34 مدنيا فلسطينيا، منهم ثمانية أطفال، وأصابت كثيرين آخرين.

Since my last letter to you following the vast destruction of Palestinian homes by the Israeli occupying forces in the Rafah area of the Gaza Strip and the brutal killing of dozens of Palestinian civilians in the area, including children, the occupying forces have continued to carry out military raids and attacks, to commit home demolitions and to kill and wound Palestinian civilians throughout the Occupied Palestinian Territory.
ومنذ أن بعثت إليكم رسالتي الأخيرة عقب التدمير واسع النطاق للمنازل الفلسطينية الذي قامت به قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلية في منطقة رفح من قطاع غزة والقتل الوحشي لعشرات المدنيين الفلسطينيين في المنطقة، بمن فيهم الأطفال، واصلت قوات الاحتلال تنفيذ الغارات والهجمات العسكرية، وتدمير المنازل، وقتل وجرح المدنيين الفلسطينيين في جميع أرجاء الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة.
