In my previous letters addressing similar communications, I have repeatedly pointed out the destructive nature of the state propaganda machinery of Azerbaijan.
وفي رسائلي السابقة التي تناولت خطابات من هذا القبيل، أشرت مرارا وتكرارا إلى الطابع الهدّام لجهاز الدعاية الرسمية التابع لأذربيجان.

As stated in my previous letters, at the root of such allegations by the Greek Cypriot administration lies the deceitful and unacceptable pretence that the sovereignty of the Greek Cypriot administration extends over the entire island, including the territory of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
وكما ذكرت في رسائلي السابقة فإن تلك الادعاءات تنبع من الادعاء الكاذب وغير المقبول بأن سيادة الإدارة القبرصية اليونانية، تشمل الجزيرة برمتها بما في ذلك إقليم الجمهورية التركية لشمال قبرص.

As I have said in my previous letters, the Turkish Government bears full international responsibility for the acts of aggression it commits inside Iraqi territory and for all their consequences, regardless of the alleged reasons it gives.
وكما أكدت لسيادتكم في رسائلي السابقة فإن الحكومة التركية تتحمل المسؤولية الدولية الكاملة عن هذه اﻷعمال العدوانية داخل اﻷراضي العراقية وجميع النتائج المترتبة عليها، بغض النظر عن الذرائع التي تدعيها.

On instructions from my Government, and with reference to my previous letters on the continuous Israeli aggression against Lebanon and its people, I regret to inform you that Israeli air forces targeted a residential building in Shiyyah, Beirut.
بناء على تعليمات من حكومتي وإلحاقا برسائلي السابقة المتعلقة بالعدوان الإسرائيلي المتواصل على لبنان وشعبه، يؤسفني أن أبلغكم أن القوات الجوية الإسرائيلية استهدفت مبنى سكنيا في حي الشياح في بيروت.

As stated in my previous letters, such unauthorized intrusions into the Nicosia flight information region and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus are in violation of international law and international air traffic regulations.
وكما ذكرت في رسائلي السابقة فإن هذه التعديات غير المأذون بها على منطقة نيقوسيا لمعلومات الطيران والمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص تشكل انتهاكا للقانون الدولي ولنظم الملاحة الجوية الدولية.

In my previous letters I explained to you that your confirmation as to the meaning of certain regulations contained in the Transit Agreement, set forth in Dayton, would be of great importance in the procedure of granting the approval to the Transit Agreement by the Federal Assembly.
ولقد أوضحت لكم في رسائلي السابقة أن تأكيدكم للمعنى المقصود بأنظمة معينة واردة في اتفاق المرور العابر وموضوعه في دايتون، يتسم بأهمية كبيرة في إجراءات منح الجمعية الاتحادية الموافقة على الاتفاق.

I wish to follow up my previous letters regarding the reckless statements being constantly made by officials of the Israeli Government, which serve only to further damage the fragile fabric of the Middle East peace process and clearly demonstrate the established policy of this Government to continue violating international law and United Nations resolutions.
أود أن أتابع رسائلي السابقة بشأن البيانات غير المسؤولة التي يدلي بها باستمرار مسؤولون في الحكومة اﻹسرائيلية والتي لا تفعل سوى المزيد من تمزيق النسيج الهش لعملية السلام في الشرق اﻷوسط، وتوضح بجلاء السياسة الثابتة لهذه الحكومة المتمثلة في الاستمرار في انتهاك القانون الدولي وقرارات اﻷمم المتحدة.

As stated in my previous letters, such allegations emanate from the false and unacceptable pretence that the sovereignty of the Greek Cypriot administration, which purports to be the legitimate " government of Cyprus " , extends over the entire island.
وكما ذكرت في رسائلي السابقة فإن تلك الادعاءات تنبع من الادعاء الكاذب وغير المقبول بأن سيادة الإدارة القبرصية اليونانية، التي تزعم أنها " حكومة قبرص " الشرعية، تشمل الجزيرة برمتها.

As reiterated in my previous letters, such allegations are based on the false assumption that the sovereignty of the Greek Cypriot administration, which purports to be the legitimate " government of Cyprus " , extends over the whole island.
وكنت قد كررت في رسائلي السابقة أن هذه الادعاءات تستند إلى افتراض كاذب مفاده أن سيادة الإدارة القبرصية اليونانية التي تدعي أنها " حكومة قبرص " الشرعية، تمتد إلى الجزيرة برمتها.

As stated in my previous letters, these Turkish unauthorized intrusions into the Nicosia FIR and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus are in violation of international air traffic rules, and at the same time in contravention to the provisions of Security Council resolutions on Cyprus.
وكما ورد في رسائلي السابقة. فإن هذه التعديات التركية غير المأذون بها في منطقة معلومات الطيران في نيقوسيا وفي المجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص تمثل انتهاكا للقواعد الدولية للملاحة الجوية، وتعد في الوقت نفسه انتهاكا ﻷحكام قرارات مجلس اﻷمن بشأن قبرص.

As stated in my previous letters, these unauthorized Turkish intrusions into the Nicosia flight information region and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus are in violation of international air traffic rules and, at the same time, they are in contravention to the provisions of the Security Council resolutions on Cyprus.
وكما ذكر في رسائلي السابقة تعتبر هذه الاقتحامات التركية غير المأذون بها لمنطقة نيقوسيا لمعلومات الطيران وللمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص انتهاكا لقواعد حركة الطيران الدولي، وهي في الوقت نفسه تتنافى مع أحكام قرارات مجلس اﻷمن بشأن قبرص.

As stated in my previous letters, these Turkish unauthorized intrusions into the Nicosia flight information region and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus are in violation of international air traffic rules and, at the same time, they are in contravention of the provisions of the Security Council resolutions on Cyprus.
وحسبما ذكرت في رسائلي السابقة فإن عمليات الاقتحام التركية غير المصرح بها هذه لمنطقة معلومات الطيران فوق نيقوسيا والمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص، إنما تُعد انتهاكا لقواعد المرور الجوي الدولي، وهي في الوقت نفسه تتنافى مع أحكام قرارات مجلس اﻷمن المتعلقة بقبرص.

In this regard, in follow-up to my previous letters to you regarding Israel's illegal colonization activities, I regret to inform you of the demolition and eviction orders recently issued by Israel, the occupying Power, in Palestinian neighbourhoods of Occupied East Jerusalem.
ويؤسفني أن أبلغكم في هذا الصدد، وعطفاً على رسائلي السابقة التي وجّهتها إليكم بشأن أنشطة إسرائيل الاستعمارية غير القانونية، بأوامر التدمير والإخلاء التي أصدرتها مؤخراً إسرائيل، السلطة القائمة بالاحتلال، في الأحياء الفلسطينية في القدس الشرقية المحتلة.

On instructions from my Government, and with reference to my previous letters on the continuous Israeli aggression against Lebanon and its people, I have the honour to inform you that Israeli air forces targeted civilian farmers today in the village of Qa'a in the Bekaa Valley. The Israeli air strikes led to the deaths of more than 30 farmers and wounded 12 more.
بناء على تعليمات من حكومتي، وبالإشارة إلى رسائلي السابقة بشأن العدوان الإسرائيلي المستمر على لبنان وشعبه، يشرفني أن أبلغكم أن القوات الجوية الإسرائيلية قد استهدفت فلاحين مدنيين اليوم في قرية القاع بوادي البقاع، حيث أسفرت الغارات الجوية الإسرائيلية عن مصرع أكثر من 30 فلاحا وإصابة 12 آخرين.

As stated in my previous letters, such unauthorized intrusions into the Nicosia flight information region are in violation of international air traffic rules and, at the same time, they are in contravention of the provisions of Security Council resolutions on Cyprus which state that such overflights increase political tension on the island and undermine efforts towards achieving a final settlement.
وحسبما ذكرت في رسائلي السابقة تُعد هذه التدخلات غير المأذون بها في منطقة معلومات الطيران لنيقوسيا انتهاكا للقواعد الدولية للملاحة الجوية وتناقض في الوقت نفسه، أحكام قرارات مجلس اﻷمن بشأن قبرص التي تنص على أن هذه التحليقات من شأنها أن تزيد من حدة التوتر السياسي في الجزيرة وتقوض الجهود الرامية إلى تحقيق تسوية نهائية.

In my previous letters (S/26079, S/26129 and S/26137) I informed the Security Council of the new Armenian aggression against Azerbaijan, which posed a particular threat to the Agdam district with its population of 100,000.
لقد أخطرت مجلس اﻷمن في رسائلي السابقة S/26079) و S/26129 و (S/26137 عن العدوان اﻷرميني الجديد الموجه ضد أذربيجان والذي يهدد بصفة خاصة منطقة أقدام التي يبلغ عدد سكانها ١٠٠ ألف نسمة.

I have the honour to refer to Security Council resolution 797 (1992) of 16 December 1992, by which the Council decided to establish a United Nations Operation in Mozambique (ONUMOZ), and to my previous letters concerning the composition of the military component of ONUMOZ.

In follow-up to my previous letters concerning the continued deterioration of the situation of human rights as well as the persistence of the Israeli criminal war against the Palestinian people in the occupied Palestinian territory, including Jerusalem, please find herewith enclosed an urgent appeal issued by H.E. Dr. Riyad Za'noun, Minister of Health in the Palestinian National Authority.
إلحاقاً برسائلي السابقة بخصوص التدهور المستمر لحالة حقوق الإنسان واستمرار الحرب الإجرامية الإسرائيلية ضد الشعب الفلسطيني في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس، تجدون رفق هذا نداءً عاجلاً صادراً عن معالي الدكتور رياض زعنون وزير الصحة في السلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية.
