11. Narrative summaries of reasons for listing (para. 28). The Team's recommendation that the Committee make available on its website the narrative summary of reasons for listing at the same time a name is added to the Consolidated List has been fully reflected in paragraph 14 of resolution 1904 (2009).

14. Recalls its decision that, when proposing names to the Committee for inclusion on the List, Member States shall also provide a detailed statement of case, and that the statement of case shall be releasable, upon request, except for the parts a Member State identifies as being confidential to the Committee, and may be used to develop the narrative summary of reasons for listing described in paragraph 15 below;

Decides that, when proposing names to the Committee for inclusion on the List, Member States shall also provide a detailed statement of case, and that the statement of case shall be releasable, upon request, except for the parts a Member State identifies as being confidential to the Committee, and may be used to develop the narrative summary of reasons for listing described in paragraph 13 below;

Cooperation with other entities

86. The Team further recommends that the Committee request it to prepare annually a list of all entries for which the corresponding narrative summary of reasons for listing contains no information that substantiates the listing in accordance with the criteria set out in paragraph 2 of resolution 1904 (2009).
