2. Concludes that the review of supplementary information incorporated in national communications submitted in accordance with Article 7, paragraph 2, of the Kyoto Protocol and the consideration of the outcome of this review have proved useful and should continue in accordance with decision 22/CMP.1;

The SBI noted that as at 30 April 2012 the secretariat had coordinated in-depth reviews of all the national communications submitted.
15- ولاحظت الهيئة الفرعية أن الأمانة كانت، في 30 نيسان/أبريل 2012، قد نسقت إجراء استعراضات معمقة لجميع البلاغات الوطنية المقدمة.

(b) national communications submitted after the adoption of the amended New Delhi work programme;

Concludes that the review of supplementary information incorporated in national communications submitted in accordance with Article 7, paragraph 2, of the Kyoto Protocol and consideration of the outcome of this review have proved to be useful and should continue in accordance with decisions 22/CMP.1 and 26/CMP.1.
2- يخلص إلى أن استعراض المعلومات التكميلية المشمولة في البلاغات الوطنية المقدمة وفقاً للفقرة 2 من المادة 7 من بروتوكول كيوتو والنظر في نتائج هذا الاستعراض قد تثبتت فائدتهما وينبغي استمرارهما وفقاً للمقررين 22/م أإ-1 و26/م أإ-1.

Background: The COP, by its decision 33/CP.7, requested the secretariat to apply the procedures for the review of national communications, including in-depth reviews, as defined in decisions 2/CP.1 and 6/CP.3, to the national communications submitted by Annex I Parties in accordance with decision 11/CP.4.
17- خلفية الموضوع: طلب مؤتمر الأطراف إلى الأمانة في مقرره 33/م أ-7 أن تطبق إجراءات استعراض البلاغات الوطنية، بما في ذلك الاستعراضات المتعمقة، كما جاء في المقررين 2/م أ-1 و6/م أ-3، على البلاغات الوطنية المقدمة من الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية طبقاً للمقرر 11/م أ-4.

Developed country Parties shall report on the measurement of support, including financial resources, transfer of technology and other actions, in their national communications submitted under Article 12.3 of the Convention.
