٨٨ - وفيما يتعلق بمدى انطباق القانون الوطني، أعرب بعض الوفود عن القلق فيما يتعلق بوجوب التطبيق المباشر للقانون الوطني، المنصوص عليها في الفقرة الفرعية )ج( من المادة ٣٣ من مشروع النظام اﻷساسي وذلك نظرا لعدم التيقن من مسألة أي من القوانين الوطنية ينبغي أن يطبق، آخذة في الاعتبار أوجه التباين في القوانين الجنائية الوطنية.
