Pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 1, of the Statute of the Court, the Secretary-General, in a communication dated 19 January 2012, invited the national groups of States parties to the Statute of the Court to undertake the nomination of persons in a position to accept the duties of a member of the Court.
4 - وعمـلا بالفقرة 1 مــن المادة 5 من النظــام الأساســي للمحكمة، دعا الأمين العام، في رسالة مؤرخة 19 كانون الثاني/يناير 2012، الشُّعَب الوطنية للدول الأطراف في النظام الأساسي للمحكمة إلى ترشيح أشخاص مؤهلين للاضطلاع بمهام عضوية المحكمة.

2. The Secretary-General requested nominations from the national groups of States parties to the Statute of the Court by 31 August 1993.
٢ - وقد طلب اﻷمين العام من المجموعات الوطنية للدول اﻷطراف في النظام اﻷساسي للمحكمة أن تتقدم بترشيحات في موعد لا يتجاوز ٣١ آب/أغسطس ١٩٩٣.

2. The Secretary-General requested nominations from the national groups of States parties to the Statute of the Court by 31 August 1999.
٢ - وطلب اﻷمين العام من المجموعات الوطنية للدول اﻷطراف في النظام اﻷساسي للمحكمة أن تقدم ترشيحاتها في موعد لا يتجاوز ١٣ آب/أغسطس ٩٩٩١.
