1. Migrant workers shall enjoy equality of treatment with nationals of the State of employment in relation to:

States should also ensure the availability and accessibility of quality health facilities, goods and services and the underlying determinants of health to such persons, whether or not they are nationals of the State.

Those two conventions establish rules regarding the equality of treatment of migrant workers in a regular situation with the nationals of the State party and the minimum age for employment, apprenticeship and training.

520. Overall, migrants enjoy all the rights and freedoms afforded nationals of the State with some key exceptions.

(2) In practice it is difficult to decide whether the claim is " direct " or " indirect " where it is " mixed " , in the sense that it contains elements of both injury to the State and injury to the nationals of the State.

167. The Committee notes the introduction by the State party of the 1989 Adoption Act, but is nevertheless concerned that child nationals of the State party may remain vulnerable to problems of illegal adoption, including intercountry adoption.
