ان هذا الهجوم وهذا التوغل داخل المنطقة التي حددتها اﻷمم المتحدة كمنطقة آمنة يستهدف بوضوح السكان المدنيين، كما أنه عرﱠضا قوات اﻷمم المتحدة للخطر.

٣ - يجدد نداءه للطرفين لوقف جميع انتهاكات نظام التجريد من الســلاح في المناطق التي حددتها اﻷمم المتحدة والتعاون الكامل مع مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة العسكريين، وكفالة سلامتهم وحرية حركتهم؛

3. Reiterates its call upon the parties to cease all violations of the demilitarization regime in the United Nations designated zones, to cooperate fully with the United Nations military observers and to ensure their safety and freedom of movement;
٣ - يجدد نداءه للطرفين لوقف جميع انتهاكات نظام التجريد من السلاح في المناطق التي حددتها اﻷمم المتحدة والتعاون الكامل مع مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة العسكريين، وكفالة سلامتهم وحرية حركتهم؛

٩٦- وعلى إثر الضربات الجوية التي وجﱠهتها منظمة حلف شمال اﻷطلسي في ٥٢ أيار/مايو ٥٩٩١ تضمنت اﻷعمال الانتقامية التي قام بها الصرب قصف سراييفو، وغيرها من المناطق التي أعلنتها اﻷمم المتحدة " مناطق آمنة " ، ولا سيما توزلا وغوراجده وسريبرينيتسا وبيهاتش.
