In April 2013, a joint global focal point team consisting of representatives of the Department of Peacekeeping Operations, UNDP and the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) undertook a mission to Haiti to provide support for the development of a United Nations Guidance document on the rule of law and draft the global focal point country support plan.
