1- يدين أعمال القتل التي استهدفت مدنيين غير مسلحين تجمّعوا في إطار مظاهرة سلمية في 28 أيلول/سبتمبر 2009 في ملعب كوناكري، وكذلك الانتهاكات الجسيمة لحقوق الإنسان التي ارتُكِبت في نفس اليوم وفي الأيام التالية، وبخاصة أعمال العنف الجنسي شديدة الخطورة التي ارتُكِبت بحق نساء من جانب أفراد في القوات المسلحة وقوات الأمن؛
