2- تشدّد على ضرورة أن تواصل الدول تطوير مبدأ " اعرف زبونك " ، المشار إليه في قرار المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي 2003/39 وقرار الجمعية العامة 59/162، وأن تلتزم بتعزيز ورصد استخدام آلية الإشعارات السابقة للتصدير بوسائل منها تقديم الردود في أوانها، وخصوصا من خلال تبادل المعلومات بصورة كفؤة؛
