وباسم حكومة جمهورية قبرص، أحتج بشدة على جميع الانتهاكات المذكورة أعلاه لمنطقة نيقوسيا لمعلومات الطيران والمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص.

As stated in my previous letters, such unauthorized intrusions into the Nicosia flight information region and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus are in violation of international law and international air traffic regulations.
وكما ذكرت في رسائلي السابقة فإن هذه التعديات غير المأذون بها على منطقة نيقوسيا لمعلومات الطيران والمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص تشكل انتهاكا للقانون الدولي ولنظم الملاحة الجوية الدولية.

As stated in my previous letters, the systematic Turkish unauthorized intrusions into the Nicosia flight information region and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus are in violation of international air traffic rules and, at the same time, they are in contravention of the provisions of the Security Council resolutions on Cyprus.
وكما ذكرت في رسائلي السابقة، فإن عمليات الاقتحام التركية المنتظمة غير المأذون بها لمنطقة نيقوسيا لمعلومات الطيران وللمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص تشكل انتهاكا للقواعد الدولية لحركة المرور الجوية، وتتنافى في الوقت نفسه مع أحكام قرارات مجلس اﻷمن بشأن قبرص.

In an incident that went even beyond the perturbing pattern of the ongoing, constant and intentional violations of the Nicosia flight information region and the sovereign airspace of Cyprus, the Turkish navy and air force carried out, between 2 and 5 May 2007, a military exercise using live ammunition in the areas adjacent to the southern territorial waters of Cyprus.
ففي حادثة جاوزت حتى النمط المقلق للانتهاكات الحالية والمستمرة والمتعمدة لمنطقة نيقوسيا لمعلومات الطيران ولسيادة قبرص على مجالها الجوي، أجرت القوات البحرية والجوية التركية بين يومي 2 و 5 أيار/مايو 2007، مناورات عسكرية استخدمت فيها الذخيرة الحية في مناطق متاخمة للمياه الإقليمية الجنوبية لقبرص.
