المادة ٦٦ تقوم اﻷمانة بتوزيع البيانات المكتوبة التي يقدمهــا الممثلون المسمون المشار اليهم في المواد من ٩٥ إلى ٥٦ على جميع الوفود بالكميات وباللغات التي تقدم بها هذه البيانات إلى اﻷمانة في مكان انعقاد المؤتمر، شريطة أن يكون البيان المقدم باسم منظمة غير حكومية متصلا بأعمال المؤتمر ومتعلقا بموضوع يكون لهذه المنظمة فيه كفاءة خاصة.
