29 - واستنادا إلى ذلك، اتفقت الأمم المتحدة والحكومة اللبنانية في 9 تموز/يوليه 2007 على إنشاء لجنة إدارة تتولى، من بين أمور أخرى، ما يلي: (أ) توفير المشورة والتوجيه السياسي بشأن جميع الجوانب غير القضائية من عملية المحكمة الخاصة، بما في ذلك مسائل الكفاءة؛ و (ب) أداء مهام أخرى يتفق عليها أعضاء اللجنة.

In accordance with the above-mentioned resolution I am pleased to forward the final completion strategy, which has been prepared by the Special Court and endorsed by the Management Committee of the Court which is responsible for advising me on the non-judicial aspects of the Court's work (see annex).
وطبقا للقرار المذكور أعلاه، يَسُرني أن أُقدم استراتيجية الإنجاز النهائية التي أعدَتها المحكمة الخاصة ووافقت عليها لجنة إدارة المحكمة باعتبارها الجهة المسؤولة عن إسداء المشورة إليّ بشأن الجوانب غير القضائية من أعمال المحكمة (انظر المرفق).
