151. The SBSTA recalled its request to the secretariat to organize a workshop to facilitate the development of the modalities and procedures for possible additional LULUCF activities under the CDM and for alternative approaches to addressing the risk of non-permanence under the CDM.
١٥١- وذكّرت الهيئة الفرعية بطلبها إلى الأمانة تنظيم حلقة عمل لتيسير وضع الطرائق والإجراءات لتنفيذ أنشطة إضافية ممكنة في مجال استخدام الأراضي وتغيير استخدام الأراضي والحراجة في إطار آلية التنمية النظيفة ولتحديد نُهج بديلة للتصدي لخطر عدم الدوام في إطار آلية التنمية النظيفة().

The technical paper should also explore the implications of such possible additional LULUCF activities under the CDM and alternative approaches to addressing the risk of non-permanence under the CDM for the validation, monitoring and verification of CDM project activities.

Initiate a work programme to consider and, as appropriate, develop and recommend modalities and procedures for alternative approaches to addressing the risk of non-permanence under the CDM, with a view to forwarding a draft decision to the CMP at its ninth session;
(د) المبادرة إلى وضع برنامج عمل للنظر في طرائق وإجراءات نُهُج بديلة لمعالجة مسألة احتمال عدم الدوام في إطار آلية التنمية النظيفة ولاستحداثها وتقديم توصية بشأنها حسب الاقتضاء، بهدف تقديم مشروع مقرر إلى مؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف في دورته التاسعة()؛

(c) To consider and, as appropriate, develop and recommend modalities and procedures for alternative approaches to addressing the risk of non-permanence under the CDM, with a view to forwarding a draft decision on this matter to the CMP for consideration and adoption at its ninth session;
(ج) برنامج عمل للنظر في طرائق وإجراءات نُهُج بديلة لمعالجة مسألة احتمال عدم الدوام في إطار آلية التنمية النظيفة ولاستحداثها وتقديم توصية بشأنها، حسب الاقتضاء، بهدف إحالة مشروع مقرر بشأن هذه المسألة إلى مؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف لكي ينظر فيه ويعتمده في دورته التاسعة؛

The CMP requested in decision 2/CMP.7 the SBSTA to initiate a work programme to consider and, as appropriate, develop and recommend modalities and procedures for alternative approaches to addressing the risk of non-permanence under the CDM, with a view to forwarding a draft decision on this matter to the CMP for consideration and adoption at its ninth session.
72- وطلب مؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف في المقرر 2/م أإ-7 إلى الهيئة الفرعية أن تبادر إلى وضع برنامج عمل للنظر في طرائق وإجراءات نُهُج بديلة لمعالجة مسألة احتمال عدم الدوام في إطار آلية التنمية النظيفة ولاستحداثها وتقديم توصية بشأنها، حسب الاقتضاء، بهدف تقديم مشروع مقرر بشأن هذه المسألة إلى مؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف لكي ينظر فيه ويعتمده في دورته التاسعة.
