٢١ - تدعو جميع الحكومات والمؤسسات التابعة لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة الى اتخاذ جميع التدابير الممكنة لضمان الاحترام والصيانة الكاملين لسيادة شعوب اﻷقاليم المستعمرة وغير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي على مواردها الطبيعية سيادة دائمة؛

8. Invites all Governments and organizations of the United Nations system to take all possible measures to ensure that the permanent sovereignty of the peoples of the Non-Self-Governing Territories over their natural resources is fully respected and safeguarded in accordance with the relevant resolutions of the United Nations on decolonization;
8 - تدعو جميع الحكومات ومؤسسات منظومة الأمم المتحدة إلى اتخاذ جميع التدابير الممكنة لضمان الاحترام والصون الكاملين للسيادة الدائمة لشعوب الأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي على مواردها الطبيعية وفقا لقرارات الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة بإنهاء الاستعمار؛
