The report summarizes the normative aspects of the Entity's work, in particular its support for gender-specific intergovernmental processes and efforts to increase attention to gender equality aspects in sectoral intergovernmental processes.
يلخص هذا التقرير الجوانب المعيارية من عمل الهيئة، ولا سيما دعمها للعمليات الحكومية الدولية المتعلقة بالشؤون الجنسانية تحديدا، وجهودها الرامية إلى زيادة الاهتمام بجوانب المساواة بين الجنسين في العمليات الحكومية الدولية المتعلقة بقطاعات معيّنة.

The present report is submitted in accordance with that request and summarizes the normative aspects of the work of UN-Women and elaborates on the Entity's contribution to advancing gender equality and women's empowerment in gender-specific as well as in sectoral intergovernmental processes.
