وإن الاستمرار في فرض الحظر الاقتصادي والتجاري والمالي على كوبا يخلّ بمبدأي المساواة في السيادة بين الدول وعدم التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية للدول وعدم التعرض لها، وينتهك القانون الإنساني الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة والمعايير والمبادئ الناظمة للعلاقات السلمية بين الدول.

وإن الاستمرار في فرض الحصار الاقتصادي والتجاري والمالي على كوبا يخلّ بمبدأي تساوي الدول في السيادة وعدم التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية للدول وعدم التعرض لها، كما ينتهك القانون الإنساني الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة والمعايير والمبادئ الناظمة للعلاقات السلمية بين الدول.

Furthermore, they marginalize developing countries with regard to the process of globalization and are contrary to international law, to the principles and purposes of the Charter of the United Nations, to the norms and principles governing peaceful relations among States, and to agreed principles of the multilateral trading system.
