52. The question of the settlement of disputes in connection with the draft articles on the status of the diplomatic courier and the diplomatic bag not accompanied by diplomatic courier was only addressed at the beginning of the second reading of the draft, and mainly because a few Governments had suggested including provisions " of a flexible nature " on the issue.
