عندما يلزم شغل منصبين انتخابيين أو أكثر في وقت واحد وبنفس الشروط، يُنتخب المرشحون الذين لا يتجاوز عددهم عدد هذه المناصب من الحاصلين في الاقتراع الأول على أغلبية أصوات الممثلين الحاضرين والمصوتين.

المادة ٧٤ عندما يراد شغل منصبين أو أكثر من المناصب الانتخابية في وقت واحد وبشروط واحدة، ينتخب المرشحون الذين لا يتجاوز عددهم عدد تلك المناصب، ممن حصلوا على اﻷغلبية المطلوبة في الاقتراع اﻷول.

المادة ٦٥ ١ - إذا أريد شغل منصبين أو أكثر من المناصب الانتخابية في وقت واحد وبشروط واحدة، يعتبر منتخبين المرشحون الذين لا يتجاوز عددهم عدد تلك المناصب والحاصلون في الاقتراع اﻷول على أكبر عدد من اﻷصوات وعلى أغلبية اﻷصوات التي أدلت بها اﻷطراف الحاضرة والمصوتة.

١ - إذا أريد شغل منصبين أو أكثر من المناصب الانتخابية في وقت واحد وبشروط واحدة، ينتخب عدد من المرشحين لا يتجاوز عدد تلك المناصب من بين المرشحين الذين حصلوا في الاقتراع اﻷول على أغلبية الممثلين الحاضرين المصوتين.
