9. In 2001, the General Assembly took note of the articles on responsibility of States for internationally wrongful acts presented by the International Law Commission and commended them to the attention of Governments.
9 - وفي عام 2001، أحاطت الجمعية العامة علما بالمواد المتعلقة بمسؤولية الدول عن الأفعال غير المشروعة دوليا التي قدمتها لها لجنة القانون الدولي وقررت عرضها على أنظار الحكومات.

2. Takes note of the articles on nationality of natural persons in relation to the succession of States, presented by the International Law Commission in the form of a declaration, the text of which is annexed to the present resolution;

وتحيط الجمعية العامة كذلك علما بالمواد المتعلقة بمسؤولية الدول عن الأفعال غير المشروعة دوليا وتحيلها إلى نظر الحكومات من دون إخلال بمسألة الشكل الذي ستعتمد به هذه المواد، واتخاذ الإجراء المناسب بشأنها.

This could mean the General Assembly adopting a resolution which would take note of the articles on State responsibility as a " restatement of international law " .
وهذا يعني أن تعتمد الجمعية العامة قرارا تحيط فيه علما بالمواد المتعلقة بمسؤولية الدول من باب " تجميع القانون الدولي " .

Recalling its resolution 66/100 of 9 December 2011, in which it took note of the articles on the responsibility of international organizations, contained in the annex to that resolution, and commended them to the attention of Governments and international organizations,

In resolution 56/83 of 12 December 2001, the General Assembly took note of the articles (hereinafter referred to as the State responsibility articles), the text of which was annexed to that resolution, and commended them to the attention of Governments without prejudice to the question of their future adoption or other appropriate action.
وفي القرار 56/83 المؤرخ 12 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2001، أحاطت الجمعية العامة علما بالمواد (المشار إليها أدناه بالمواد المتعلقة بمسؤولية الدول)، التي جاء نصها مرفقا بذلك القرار وعرضتها على أنظار الحكومات دون الحكم مسبقا على مسألة اعتمادها أو اتخاذ إجراء مناسب آخر بشأنها مستقبلا.

At its fifty-fifth session, the General Assembly took note of the articles on nationality of natural persons in relation to the succession of States and invited Governments to take into account, as appropriate, the provisions contained therein when dealing with issues of nationality of natural persons in relation to the succession of States (resolution 55/153).
وفي الدورة الخامسة والخمسين، أحاطت الجمعية العامة علما بالمواد المتعلقة بجنسية الأشخاص الطبيعيين في حالة خلافة الدول، ودعت الحكومات إلى أن تضع في اعتبارها، حسب الاقتضاء، ما يرد في هذه المواد من أحكام عند معالجة المسائل المتصلة بجنسية الأشخاص الطبيعيين في حالة خلافة الدول (القرار 55/153).
