13. Takes note of the cooperation between the Convention secretariat and the secretariats of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification and the Convention on Biological Diversity, and invites the Executive Secretary to consult with the heads of the secretariats of those Conventions and report to the SBI at its eleventh session;
٣١- يحيط علما بالتعاون بين أمانة كل من اتفاقية اﻷمم المتحدة اﻹطارية بشأن تغير المناخ واتفاقية اﻷمم المتحدة لمكافحة التصحر واتفاقية التنوع البيولوجي، ويدعو اﻷمين التنفيذي الى التشاور مع رؤساء أمانات هذه الاتفاقيات وإلى تقديم تقرير بهذا الشأن الى الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ في دورتها الحادية عشرة؛

9. Takes note of the cooperation between the International Trade Centre UNCTAD/WTO and the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization in the elaboration of the joint venture model contracts for small and medium-sized enterprises;

Takes note of the cooperation extended by the Government and people of the United States of America to the Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance;

Takes note of the cooperation existing between the Government of Rwanda and UNAMIR in the implementation of its mandate and urges the Government of Rwanda and UNAMIR to continue to implement the Status of Mission Agreement of 5 November 1993 and any subsequent agreement to replace that Agreement in order to facilitate the implementation of the new mandate;
٨ - يحيط علما بالتعاون القائم بين حكومة رواندا وبعثة اﻷمم المتحدة لتقديم المساعدة إلى رواندا في تنفيذ ولايتها، ويحـث حكومة رواندا والبعثة على مواصلة تنفيذ اتفاق مركز البعثة المعقود في ٥ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٣ وأي اتفاق لاحق يحل محل ذلك الاتفاق من أجل تيسير تنفيذ الولاية الجديدة؛

7. Takes note of the cooperation existing between the Government of Rwanda and UNAMIR in the implementation of its mandate and urges the Government of Rwanda and UNAMIR to continue to implement the agreements made between them, in particular the Status of Mission Agreement of 5 November 1993 and any subsequent agreement concluded to replace that Agreement in order to facilitate the implementation of the new mandate;
٧ - يحيط علما بالتعاون القائم بين حكومة رواندا والبعثة في تنفيذ ولايتها ويحث حكومة رواندا والبعثة على مواصلة تنفيذ الاتفاقات المبرمة بينهما، وعلى وجه الخصوص اتفاق مركز البعثة المؤرخ ٥ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٣ وأي اتفاق لاحق يعقد ليحل محل ذلك الاتفاق تيسيرا لتنفيذ الولاية الجديدة؛

532- تسلم اللجنة بالجهود التي تبذلها الدولة الطرف لتعزيز الوعي بمبادئ الاتفاقية وأحكامها، وتحيط علماً بالتعاون القائم بين منظمة الأمم المتحدة للطفولة والمركز الوطني للبحوث والمعلومات التربوية في هذا الصدد.

(g) Takes note of the cooperation established with the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) in the field of nationality and statelessness, and notes further the 2005 Nationality and Statelessness Handbook for Parliamentarians which is being used in national and regional parliaments to raise awareness and build capacity among State administrations and civil society;
(ز) تحيط علماً بالتعاون القائم مع الاتحاد البرلماني الدولي في مجال الجنسية وحالات انعدام الجنسية، وتشير أيضاً إلى دليل البرلمانيين في مجال الجنسية وحالات انعدام الجنسية لعام 2005، الذي تستخدمه البرلمانات الوطنية والإقليمية لأغراض التوعية وبناء القدرات في الإدارات الحكومية والمجتمع المدني؛
