إذ تشير إلى قرارها 63/124 المؤرخ 11 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2008 الذي أحاطت فيه علما بمشاريع المواد المتعلقة بقانون طبقات المياه الجوفية العابرة للحدود التي أعدتها لجنة القانون الدولي،

102. In the light of the Commission's comments, her delegation supported its recommendation to the General Assembly to take note of the draft articles on the effects of armed conflicts on treaties in a resolution, and to annex them to the resolution.
102 - وقالت إن وفدها يؤيد في ضوء تعليقات اللجنة قيام اللجنة بتوصية الجمعية العامة بأن تحيط علما بمشاريع المواد المتعلقة بآثار النزاعات المسلحة على المعاهدات في قرار تصدره وترفق به هذه المشاريع.

(a) Takes note of the draft articles on the law of transboundary aquifers in a resolution and annex the draft articles to the resolution;
(أ) أن تحيط علما بمشاريع المواد المتعلقة بقانون طبقات المياه الجوفية العابرة للحدود في إطار قرار، وأن تورد مشاريع المواد في مرفق القرار؛

49. Ms. Escobar Hernández (Spain) supported the Commission's recommendation that the General Assembly take note of the draft articles on the effects of armed conflicts on treaties.

Ms. Šurková (Slovakia) said that her delegation supported the Commission's recommendation that the General Assembly should take note of the draft articles on the effects of armed conflicts on treaties and annex them to the resolution, as well as consider, at a later stage, the elaboration of a convention based on them.
74 - السيدة سوركوفا (سلوفاكيا): قالت إن وفدها يؤيد توصية اللجنة بأن تحيط الجمعية العامة علما بمشاريع المواد المتعلقة بآثار النزاعات المسلحة على المعاهدات في قرار يصدر عنها مع إرفاق المشاريع بالقرار، وأن تنظر في مرحلة لاحقة في وضع اتفاقية استنادا إليها.

23. Mr. Dahmane (Algeria) said that his delegation had supported the approach adopted by the International Law Commission and followed by the Sixth Committee and the General Assembly in its resolution 63/124, namely to take note of the draft articles on the law of transboundary aquifers and to consider, at a later stage, the elaboration of a convention on the basis of the draft articles.
23 - السيد دهمان (الجزائر): قال إن وفد بلده يؤيد النهج الذي اعتمدته لجنة القانون الدولي، والذي اتبعته اللجنة السادسة والجمعية العامة في قرارها 63/124، وهو الإحاطة علما بمشروع المواد المتعلقة بقانون طبقات المياه الجوفية العابرة للحدود، والنظر في مرحلة لاحقة في وضع اتفاقية على أساس مشاريع المواد.
