Although this provision provides that States and regional economic integration organizations can both fall within this definition, it was recognized that nothing in this paragraph could be taken to imply that regional economic integration organizations have the status of States in international law.

Decides that all Member States shall take the necessary measures to prevent the entry into or transit through their territories of individuals listed in annex I of this resolution or designated by the Committee established pursuant to paragraph 24 below, provided that nothing in this paragraph shall oblige a State to refuse its own nationals entry into its territory;
يقرر أن تتخذ جميع الدول الأعضاء التدابير اللازمة لمنع الأفراد المدرجة أسماؤهم في المرفق الأول لهذا القرار أو الذين تحدد أسماءهم اللجنة المنشأة عملا بالفقرة 24 أدناه من دخول أراضيها أو عبورها، على أنه ليس في هذه الفقرة ما يلزم أي دولة بأن تمنع رعاياها من دخول أراضيها؛

(c) nothing in this paragraph shall preclude the simultaneous constitution of more than one Trial Chamber or Pre-Trial Chamber when the efficient management of the Court's workload so requires.

(ب) منع دخول هؤلاء الأفراد إلى أراضيها أو مرورهم العابر بها، على ألا يُلزم أي شيء في هذه الفقرة أي دولة برفض دخول رعاياها إلى أراضيها أو مطالبتهم بمغادرتها؛ وعلى ألا تنطبق هذه الفقرة حيث يكون الدخول أو المرور العابر ضروريا للإيفاء بعملية قضائية أو عندما تحدد اللجنة، على أساس كل حالة على حدة فقط، أن الدخول أو المرور العابر له ما يبرره؛

(a) Prevent the entry into or transit through their territories of these individuals, provided that nothing in this paragraph shall obligate a State to refuse entry into or require departure from its territory of its own nationals;

(b) that nothing in this paragraph shall prevent the provision of supplies intended strictly for medical purposes and foodstuffs notified to the Committee established by resolution 724 (1991), or commodities and products for essential humanitarian needs approved by the Committee;
)ب( ألا يحول شيء في هذه الفقرة دون توفير اﻹمدادات التي يُقصد بها على سبيل الحصر أن تستخدم في اﻷغراض الطبية والمواد الغذائية التي تُخطر بها اللجنة المنشأة عملا بالقرار ٧٢٤ )١٩٩١(، أو السلع اﻷساسية والمنتجات اللازمة لتلبية الاحتياجات اﻹنسانية اﻷساسية التي وافقت عليها اللجنة؛

74. The travaux préparatoires will indicate that nothing in this paragraph is intended to limit the discretion of the Conference of the States Parties as the only forum competent to consider whether the mechanism or body to assist in the effective implementation of the Convention is necessary.

Decides that, for an initial period of one year from the date of the adoption of this resolution, all Member States shall take the necessary measures to prevent the entry into or transit through their territories of individuals designated by the Committee established pursuant to paragraph 57 of resolution 2127 (2013), provided that nothing in this paragraph shall oblige a State to refuse its own nationals entry into its territory;

nothing in this paragraph shall prevent the requesting State Party from disclosing in its proceedings information or evidence that is exculpatory to an accused person.
وليس في هذه الفقرة ما يمنع الدولة الطرف الطالبة من أن تفشي في اجراءاتها معلومات أو أدلة تؤدي الى تبرئة شخص متهم.
