26.2 Either party shall be entitled to change any such address to any other address by not less than ten days' notice to the other party.
26-2 يحق لأي الطرفين تغيير أي من هذه العناوين إلى أي عنوان آخر بإرسال إخطار إلى الطرف الآخر لا تقل مهلته عن عشرة أيام.

" (7) (a) Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, a party requesting an interim measure of protection may file its request without notice to the other party, together with an application for a preliminary order necessary to prevent the frustration of the purpose of the interim measure requested.
" (7) (أ) يجوز للطرف الذي يطلب تدبير حماية مؤقتا أن يقدّم طلبه دون إخطار الطرف الآخر مع طلب توجيه أمر أوّلي ضروري للحيلولة دون إحباط الغرض من التدبير المؤقت المطلوب، ما لم يتفق الطرفان على خلاف ذلك.

With a view to making it abundantly clear that both the request and the application were made without notice to the other party, it was suggested that the words " without notice to the other party " should be moved to the end of subparagraph (a).
وبغية التوضيح التام بأن الطلبين يقدّمان دون توجيه إخطار إلى الطرف الآخر، اقتُرح نقل عبارة " دون إخطار الطرف الآخر " إلى نهاية الفقرة الفرعية (أ).

1. The article provides that any avoidance must be declared by the party who intends to terminate the contract and that the declaration must be effected by notice to the other party.
1- تنصّ المادّة على أنّ أي فسخ يجب أن يعلن عنه الطرف الذي ينوي إنهاء العقد وأن يتمّ هذا الإعلان بتوجيه إشعار إلى الطرف الآخر.

It is suggested that it could be spelt out more effectively thus: " There is no express power in these Rules given to the arbitral tribunal to grant a preliminary order pertinent to any interim measure without notice to the other party. "
ويُرى أن بالإمكان صوغ ذلك بمزيد من الفعّالية كما يلي: " ليس في هذه القواعد سلطة صريحة ممنوحة لهيئة التحكيم بإصدار أمر أولي متعلق بأي تدبير مؤقت دون إشعار الطرف الآخر. "
