ونظراً إلى عدم ورود أي اعتراض من الدولة الطرف بخصوص استنفاد صاحب البلاغ سبل الانتصاف الداخلية بشأن طلب التسجيل الأول لمنظمة `الديمقراطية والحقوق`، ترى اللجنة أن الشروط المنصوص عليها في الفقرة 2(ب) من المادة 5 من البروتوكول الاختياري قد استوفيت بخصوص هذا الجزء من البلاغ.

Taking into account the authors' arguments, and in absence of any objection by the State party in this connection, the Committee considers that it is not precluded by the provisions of article 5, paragraph 2 (b), of the Optional Protocol, from examining the present communication.
وإذ تضع اللجنة في اعتبارها الحجج التي ساقها أصحاب البلاغ فإنها ترى، في ظل عدم وجود أي اعتراض من الدولة الطرف في هذا الصدد، أن أحكام الفقرة 2(ب) من المادة 5 من البروتوكول الاختياري لا تمنعها من بحث هذا البلاغ.

7.2 In the absence of objection by the State party to the admissibility to the communication, as well as any reasons suggesting that the Committee should proprio motu, declare the communication inadmissible in whole or in part, the Committee declares the claim under article 18 of the Covenant admissible.
7-2 وفي ظل عدم اعتراض الدولة الطرف على مقبولية البلاغ، فضلاً عن عدم وجود أية أسباب توصي بأن على اللجنة أن تعلن تلقائياً أن البلاغ غير مقبول كلياً أو جزئياً، تُعلن اللجنة أن البلاغ مقبول بموجب المادة 18 من العهد.

6.2 In the absence of objection by the State party to the admissibility to the communication, as well as any other reason whereby the Committee should declare the communication inadmissible in whole or in part, the Committee declares the claims under article 18 of the Covenant admissible.
6-2 وفي ظل عدم اعتراض الدولة الطرف على مقبولية البلاغات، فضلاً عن عدم وجود أية أسباب يتعين على اللجنة بموجبها أن تعلن أن البلاغ غير مقبول كلياً أو جزئياً، تعلن اللجنة أن البلاغ مقبول بموجب المادة 18 من العهد.
