The Secretary-General's bulletin entitled " Family and child support obligations of staff members " enables the United Nations to honour court orders against United Nations staff members for family support (ST/SGB/1999/4).
ونشرة الأمين العام المعنونة " التزامات الموظفين فيما يتعلق بإعالة الأسرة والأطفال " تمكن الأمم المتحدة من تنفيذ الأحكام التي تصدرها المحاكم ضد موظفين للأمم المتحدة فيما يتعلق بالإعالة الأسرية (ST/SGB/1999/4).

On the issue of family support obligations, the Secretary-General announced, in his bulletin entitled " Family and child support obligations of staff members " (ST/SGB/1999/4) of 20 May 1999, that the United Nations would voluntarily deduct the funds owed from the salaries of staff members in default of court-ordered family support payments and pay these funds to the spouse and/or children.
