فإذا لم يسفر الاقتراع الثالث عن نتيجة حاسمة، يقتصر الاقتراع التالي على المرشحين اللذين حصلا على أكبر عدد من الأصوات في الاقتراع الثالث وهلم جرا، مع تعاقب الاقتراعات غير المقيدة والمقيدة، حتى يتم انتخاب شخص ما أو عضو ما.

If the number of candidates receiving a two-thirds majority is less than the number of members to be elected, we will proceed to a restricted ballot limited to those candidates that have obtained the greatest number of votes in the previous ballot, which should not be more than twice the seats remaining to be filled.
وإذا كان عدد المرشحين الذين يحصلون على ثلثي الأعضاء أقل من عدد الأعضاء الذين سيتم انتخابهم، سنشرع في اقتراع مقيد يقتصر على المرشحين الذين حصلوا على أكبر عدد من الأصوات في ورقات الاقتراع السابقة، وهذا العدد لا يجوز أن يكون أكثر من ضعف المقاعد المتبقي ملئها.

In accordance with rule 94 of the rules of procedure, this second round of balloting will be restricted to the candidates having obtained the greatest number of votes in the previous ballot, to a number not more than twice the number of seats remaining to be filled.
وفقا للمادة 94 من النظام الداخلي، ستقتصر الجولة الثانية من التصويت على المرشحين الذين حصلوا على أكبر عدد من الأصوات في الاقتراع السابق، على ألا يزيد العدد عن ضعف عدد المقاعد المتبقية التي ينبغي شغلها.

1 - في الحالات التي يراد فيها شغل منصب انتخابي واحد، ولم يحصل أي مرشح على الأغلبية المطلوبة في الاقتراع الأول، يجري اقتراع ثان يقتصر على المرشحين اللذين حصلا على أكبر عدد من الأصوات.

فإذا أُجريت ثلاثة من هذه الاقتراعات غير المقيدة دون أن تسفر عن نتيجة حاسمة، تُقصر الاقتراعات الثلاثة التي تليها على عدد من المرشحين الذين حصلوا على أكبر عدد من الأصوات في ثالث اقتراع غير مقيد لا يزيد على ضعف عدد المناصب المتبقية، وتكون الاقتراعات الثلاثة التي تلي هذه غير مقيدة، وهلم جرا، حتى يتم شغل كل المناصب.

3. If three such unrestricted ballots are inconclusive, the next three ballots shall be restricted to the two candidates who obtained the greatest number of votes in the third of the unrestricted ballots, and the following three ballots thereafter shall be unrestricted, and so on until a member is elected.
3- وإذا كانت هذه الاقتراعات الثلاثة غير المقيدة غير حاسمة، تقتصر الاقتراعات الثلاثة التاليــة لها على المرشحين اللذين يحصلان على أكبر عدد من الأصوات في الاقتراع الثالث غير المقيَّد. وتكون الاقتراعات الثلاثة اللاحقة غير مقيدة، وهكذا دواليك إلى أن ينتخب أحد الأعضاء.

وإذا أجريت ثلاثة اقتراعات غير مقيدة وكانت النتيجة غير حاسمة تقتصر الاقتراعات الثلاثة التالية على المرشحين الذين يحصلون على أكبر عددٍ من الأصوات في ثالث اقتراع غير مقيد وعلى عددٍ من المرشحين لا يزيد عن ضعف عدد المناصب الباقية المطلوب شغلها.
