1. When one or more elective places are to be filled at one time under the same conditions, those candidates, in a number not exceeding the number of such places, obtaining in the first ballot a majority of the votes cast and the largest number of votes, shall be elected.
1 - عندما يتعين ملء منصب انتخابي، أو أكثر، في وقت واحد وبنفس الشروط، ينتخب، بعدد لا يتجاوز عدد تلك المناصب، المرشحون الحاصلون في الاقتراع الأول على أغلبية الأصوات المدلى بها وعلى أكبر عدد من الأصوات.

1. When one or more elective places are to be filled at one time under the same conditions, those candidates, in a number not exceeding the number of such places, obtaining in the first ballot a majority of the votes cast and the largest number of votes shall be elected.
1- عندما يراد ملء منصب انتخابي أو أكثر، في وقت واحد وبنفس الشروط، يُنتخب بعدد لا يتجاوز عدد المناصب المرشحون الحاصلون في الاقتراع الأول على أغلبية الأصوات المدلى بها وعلى أكبر عدد من الأصوات.

عندما يلزم شغل منصبين انتخابيين أو أكثر في وقت واحد وبنفس الشروط، يُنتخب المرشحون الذين لا يتجاوز عددهم عدد هذه المناصب من الحاصلين في الاقتراع الأول على أغلبية أصوات الممثلين الحاضرين والمصوتين.

1 - إذا كان المراد شغل منصبين انتخابيين أو أكثر في وقت واحد وبنفس الشروط، ينتخب المرشحون، الذين لا يتجاوز عددهم عدد هذه المناصب، ممن حصلوا في الاقتراع الأول على الأغلبية اللازمة وعلى أكبر عدد من الأصوات.

2. When two or more elective places are to be filled at one time under the same conditions, those candidates, in a number not exceeding the number of such places, obtaining in the first ballot a majority of the votes cast or the largest number of votes shall be elected.
2- عندما يلزم شغل منصبين انتخابيين أو أكثر في وقت واحد وبالشروط ذاتها ويكون عد المرشحين لا يتجاوز عدد تلك المناصب، يُنتخَب المرشحون الذين يحصلون في الاقتراع الأول على أغلبية الأصوات أو على أكبر عدد من الأصوات.
