2. If a report of a State party to the Covenant, in the opinion of the Committee, does not contain sufficient information, the Committee may request that State to furnish the additional information which is required, indicating by what date the said information should be submitted.
2- إذا كان تقرير إحدى الدول الأطراف في العهد لا يتضمن، في رأي اللجنة، معلومات كافية، يجوز للجنة أن تطلب إلى تلك الدولة تقديم المعلومات الإضافية المطلوبة، مع بيان الموعد النهائي لتقديم تلك المعلومات.

(a) An alien who is lawfully in the territory of a State party to the Covenant may not be expelled;

If a report of a State party to the Covenant, in the opinion of the Committee, does not contain sufficient information, the Committee may request the State concerned to furnish the additional information which is required, indicating the manner as well as the time within which the said information should be submitted.
2- وإذا رأت اللجنة أن التقرير المقدم من دولة طرف في العهد لا يتضمن معلومات كافية يجوز لها أن تطلب من الدولة المعنية توفير المعلومات الإضافية اللازمة مبينة طريقة وتوقيت تقديم المعلومات المذكورة.

6.5 According to the State party, the above-mentioned permits it to conclude that the realization of the right to receive and disseminate information can be achieved exclusively in a lawful manner, i.e. in the framework of the existing legislation of a State party to the Covenant.
6-5 وتعتبر الدولة الطرف أن ما ورد آنفاً يتيح لها أن تخلص إلى أن إعمال حق تلقي المعلومات ونشرها لا يمكن أن يتحقق إلا بطريقة قانونية؛ أي ضمن إطار التشريعات السارية في الدولة الطرف في العهد.

Although no instrument of ratification was submitted by the Republic of Montenegro, the people within the territory of the State which constituted part of a State party to the Covenant continue to be entitled to the guarantees enunciated in the Covenant in accordance with the Committee's established jurisprudence.
وبالرغم من عدم تقديم الجبل الأسود لصك تصديق، يظل الأفراد الذين يعيشون في إقليم الدولة - التي شكلت جزءاً من دولة طرف في العهد - مؤهلين للتمتع بالضمانات المنصوص عليها في العهد وفقاً للسوابق القضائية التي أخذت بها اللجنة.

6.5 According to the State party, on the basis of the above-mentioned legal provisions, it can be concluded that the right to receive and impart information can be exercised only in a lawful manner, namely, in the framework of the existing legislation of a State party to the Covenant.
6-5 وتعتبر الدولة الطرف أن ما ورد آنفاً يتيح لها أن تخلص إلى أن إعمال حق تلقي المعلومات ونشرها لا يمكن أن يتحقق إلا بطريقة قانونية؛ أي ضمن إطار التشريعات السارية في الدولة الطرف في العهد.
