(g) through cooperation, as mutually agreed, to strengthen the capacity of affected developing country Parties to develop and implement programmes in the field of collection, analysis and exchange of information pursuant to article 16;

وإذ يعترف بالجهود التي تبذلها الأطراف من البلدان النامية المتأثرة لإدماج برامج عملها الوطنية ضمن الأطر الإنمائية الوطنية، مثل استراتيجيات الحد من الفقر كي يتسنى توجيه الاستثمار لأغراض القضاء على الفقر في المناطق الريفية والوصول إلى المستخدمين النهائيين للموارد الطبيعية،

)د( إعداد وتبادل المواد التثقيفية ومواد التوعية العامة، باللغات المحلية حيثما أمكن، وتبادل وندب الخبراء لتدريب الموظفين في اﻷطراف من البلدان النامية المتأثرة في تنفيذ برامج التثقيف والتوعية ذات الصلة والاستخدام الكامل للمواد التثقيفية ذات الصلة المتاحة لدى الهيئات الدولية المختصة؛

(d) develop and exchange educational and public awareness material, where possible in local languages, exchange and second experts to train personnel of affected developing country Parties in carrying out relevant education and awareness programmes, and fully utilize relevant educational material available in competent international bodies;
)د( إعداد وتبادل المواد التعليمية ومواد التوعية العامة، باللغات المحلية حيثما أمكن، وتبادل وإعارة الخبراء لتدريب موظفي اﻷطراف من البلدان النامية المتأثرة في تنفيذ برامج التعليم والتوعية ذات الصلة، والاستخدام الكامل للمواد التثقيفية ذات الصلة المتاحة لدى الهيئات الدولية المختصة؛

(b) Give due attention, within the relevant international and regional bodies, to the situation of affected developing country Parties with regard to international trade, marketing arrangements and debt with a view to establishing an enabling international economic environment conducive to the promotion of sustainable development;
)ب( إيلاء الاهتمام الواجب، داخل الهيئات الدولية واﻹقليمية ذات الصلة، لحالة اﻷطراف من البلدان النامية المتأثرة فيما يتعلق بالتجارة الدولية، وترتيبات التسويق، والديون لتهيئة بيئة اقتصادية دولية تمكن من تعزيز التنمية المستدامة؛

(b) give due attention, within the relevant international and regional bodies, to the situation of affected developing country Parties with regard to international trade, marketing arrangements and debt with a view to establishing an enabling international economic environment conducive to the promotion of sustainable development;
)ب( إيلاء الاهتمام الواجب، داخل الهيئات الدولية واﻹقليمية ذات الصلة، لحالة اﻷطراف من البلدان النامية المتأثرة فيما يتعلق بالتجارة الدولية، وترتيبات التسويق، والديون بغية إقامة بيئة اقتصادية دولية تمكينية تفضي إلى تعزيز التنمية المستدامة؛

(a) Mobilize adequate and substantial financial resources, including new and additional resources, on a grant or, if necessary, concessional basis, to fund activities under action programmes of affected developing country Parties, particularly those in Africa, at all levels in conformity with the Convention and with the particular conditions of the regions of relevant regional implementation annexes.
)أ( تعبئة موارد مالية كافية وكبيرة، تشمل موارد جديدة واضافية، في شكل منح، أو بشروط تساهلية، اذا اقتضى اﻷمر، لتمويل اﻷنشطة في برامج عمل اﻷطراف من البلدان النامية المتأثرة وخاصة تلك الموجودة في أفريقيا، على كافة المستويات تمشياً مع الاتفاقية ومع الظروف الخاصة للمناطق الواردة في مرفقات التنفيذ الاقليمية ذات الصلة.
