١٢ - يـأذن للدول اﻷعضاء، إذ تتصرف بموجب الفقرة ٨١ أعلاه، وفقا للمرفق ١ - ألف من اتفاق السلام، بأن تتخذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لكفالة الامتثال لما سيضعه قائد القوة المتعددة الجنسيات لتثبيت الاستقرار من قواعد وإجراءات تنظم السيطرة على المجال الجوي فوق البوسنة والهرسك ومراقبته فيما يتعلق بالحركة الجوية المدنية والعسكرية بجميع أشكالها؛
