وتُنفَّذ برامج تدريب موجهة للصحفيين العاملين في وسائط الإعلام تتناول موضوعات شتى منها منع جميع أشكال العنف القائم على نوع الجنس.

It also offered advice on the issue of gender-based violence to women members of Congress, and participated in the design of an " Integral Strategy for the prevention, attention and eradication of all forms of gender-based violence in Colombia " , a project to be financed by the Millennium Development Goals Fund (MDGF) of Spain's agency for international cooperation and development, AECID.
وأسدى مكتب المفوضية أيضاً المشورة إلى عضوات الكونغرس بشأن مسألة العنف الجنساني، وشارك في إعداد مشروع " استراتيجية متكاملة لمنع جميع أشكال العنف الجنساني في كولومبيا، والانتباه إليه واستئصاله " ، الذي سيموله صندوق تحقيق الأهداف الإنمائية للألفية التابع للوكالة الإسبانية للتعاون الدولي والتنمية.

To pursue the implementation of comprehensive, rights-based approaches for the prevention and elimination of all forms of gender-based violence and HIV/AIDS in women and girls, we urge Governments and donors to take the following steps:
وعملاً على تطبيق نُهج شاملة قائمة على الحقوق تستهدف اتقاء كافة أشكال العنف الجنساني وفيروس نقص المناعة البشرية/الإيدز والقضاء عليها في صفوف النساء والفتيات، نحث الحكومات والمانحين على اتخاذ التدابير التالية:
