1. A procuring entity may engage in procurement by means of an electronic reverse auction in accordance with the provisions of chapter VI of this Law, under the following conditions:
1- يجوز للجهة المشترية أن تقوم بالاشتراء بواسطة المناقصة الإلكترونية وفقاً لأحكام الفصل السادس من هذا القانون، بالشروط التالية:

(1) A procuring entity may engage in procurement by means of an electronic reverse auction in accordance with the provisions of chapter VI of this Law, under the following conditions:
(1) يجوز للجهة المشترية أن تقوم بالاشتراء بواسطة المناقصة الإلكترونية وفقا لأحكام الفصل السادس من هذا القانون، بالشروط التالية:

Its provisions became the basis for exemptions to the rules of the Model Law on the issuer of tender securities (article 17(1)(b)), the international publication of an invitation to pre-qualify (article 18(2)) and the international publication of the solicitation in open tendering, two-stage tendering and procurement by means of an electronic reverse auction (article 33(4)).
3- أُلغيت هذه المادة وأصبحت أحكامها أساساً للإعفاءات من قواعد القانون النموذجي على مُصْدِر ضمانات العطاءات (المادة 17 (1) (ب))، ونشر دعوة إلى التأهل الأولي دولياً (المادة 18 (2)) ونشر التماس العطاءات في المناقصة المفتوحة والمناقصة على مرحلتين والاشتراء بواسطة المناقصة الإلكترونية دولياً (المادة 33 (4)).

(f) In the case of procurement by means of an electronic reverse auction or involving an electronic reverse auction as a phase preceding the award of the procurement contract, a statement of the reasons and circumstances relied upon by the procuring entity for the use of the auction and information about the date and time of the opening and closing of the auction;
(و) في حالة الاشتراء عن طريق مناقصة إلكترونية أو الاشتراء الذي ينطوي على مناقصة إلكترونية باعتبارها مرحلةً تسبق إرساءَ عقد الاشتراء، بياناً بالأسباب والظروف التي استندت إليها الجهة المشترية لاستخدام طريقة المناقصة، ومعلومات عن تاريخ ووقت فتح المناقصة وإغلاقها؛
