Salaries of staff members shall be fixed by the Secretary-General in accordance with the provisions of annex I to the present Regulations.
يحدد الأمين العام مرتبات الموظفين وفقا لأحكام المرفق الأول لهذا النظام الأساسي.

(ii) The assessment shall be calculated at the following rates for staff members whose salary rates are established under paragraph 6 of annex I to the present Regulations:
' 2` يحسب الاقتطاع الإلزامي من مرتبات الموظفين بالمعدلات التالية في حالة الموظفين الذين تحدد مرتباتهم بموجب الفقرة 6 من المرفق الأول لهذا النظام الأساسي:

(ii) The assessment shall be calculated at the following rates for staff members whose salary rates are established under paragraph 7 of annex I to the present Regulations:
' ٢` يحسب الاقتطاع اﻹلزامي من مرتبات الموظفين بالمعدلات التالية في حالة الموظفين الذين تحدد مرتباتهم بموجب الفقرة ٧ من المرفق اﻷول لهذا النظام اﻷساسي:

(ii) The assessment shall be calculated at the following rates for staff members whose salary rates are established under paragraph 6 of annex I to the present Regulations:
`2 ' يحسب الاقتطاع الإلزامي من مرتبات الموظفين بالمعدلات التالية في حالة الموظفين الذين تحدد مرتباتهم بموجب الفقرة 6 من المرفق الأول لهذا النظام الأساسي:

(ii) The assessment shall be calculated at the following rates for staff members whose salary rates are established under paragraph 7 of annex I to the present Regulations:
`2 ' يحسب الاقتطاع الإلزامي من مرتبات الموظفين بالمعدلات التالية في حالة الموظفين الذين تحدد مرتباتهم بموجب الفقرة 7 من المرفق الأول لهذا النظام الأساسي:

(b) (i) The assessment shall be calculated at the following rates for staff members whose salary rates are set forth in paragraphs 1 and 3 of annex I to the present Regulations:
)ب( ' ١` يحسب الاقتطاع اﻹلزامي بالمعدلات التالية في حالة الموظفين المبينة مرتباتهم في الفقرتين ١ و ٣ من المرفق اﻷول لهذا النظام اﻷساسي:

(a) Staff members whose salary rates are set forth in paragraphs 1 and 3 of annex I to the present Regulations shall be entitled to receive dependency allowances for a dependent child, for a disabled child and for a secondary dependant at rates approved by the General Assembly as follows:
)أ( يحق للموظفين المبينة مرتباتهم في الفقرتين ١ و ٣ من المرفق اﻷول لهذا النظام اﻷساسي أن يحصلوا على بدلات إعالة عن الولد المعال وعن الولد المعوق وعن الشخص الثانوي المعال حسب المعدلات التي أقرتها الجمعية العامة، على النحو التالي:

(d) Staff members whose salary rates are set by the Secretary-General under paragraph 5 or paragraph 6 of annex I to the present Regulations shall be entitled to receive dependency allowances at rates and under conditions determined by the Secretary-General, due regard being given to the circumstances in the locality in which the office is located;
)د( يحق للموظفين الذين يحدد اﻷمين العام مرتباتهم بموجب الفقرة ٥ أو الفقرة ٦ من المرفق اﻷول لهذا النظام اﻷساسي أن يحصلوا على بدلات إعالة بمعدلات وشروط يحددها اﻷمين العام، مع إيلاء المراعاة الواجبة للظروف السائدة في موقع العمل؛
