ولا يخل هذا السحب بالنظر في أية مسألة تكون موضوع رسالة أحيلت بالفعل بموجب هذه المادة؛ ولا يجوز تلقي أية رسالة أخرى من أية دولة طرف بموجب هذه المادة بعد تلقي الأمين العام للإخطار بسحب الإعلان، ما لم تكن الدولة الطرف المعنية قد أصدرت إعلاناً جديداً.

2. The withdrawal of a declaration made under article 21 of the Convention shall not prejudice the consideration of any matter that is the subject of a communication already transmitted under that article; no further communication by any State party shall be received under that article after the notification of withdrawal of the declaration has been received by the Secretary-General, unless the State party has made a new declaration.
2- لا يخل سحب إعلان مقدم بموجب المادة 21 من الاتفاقية بالنظر في أي مسألة تشكل موضوع رسالة سبقت إحالتها بمقتضى تلك المادة، ولا يجوز تسلم أي رسالة أخرى من أية دولة طرف بمقتضى تلك المادة بعد أن يتسلم الأمين العام إخطار سحب الإعلان، ما لم تكن الدولة الطرف المعنية قد أصدرت إعلاناً جديداً.

Nor shall such a denunciation prejudice in any way the continued consideration of any matter that is already under consideration by the Committee prior to the date on which the denunciation becomes effective.
ولن يمس هذا الانسحاب بأي شكل النظر في أي مسألة تكون قيد نظر اللجنة بالفعل قبل التاريخ الذي يصبح فيه الانسحاب نافذاً.

2- لا يمس سحب إعلان بموجب المادة 10 من البروتوكول الاختياري بالنظر في أي مسألة تكون موضع بلاغ سبقت إحالته بمقتضى تلك المادة، ولا يجوز تسلم أي رسالة أخرى من أية دولة طرف بمقتضى تلك المادة بعد أن يتسلم الأمين العام إخطار سحب الإعلان، ما لم تكن الدولة الطرف المعنية قد أصدرت إعلاناً جديداً.
