٠٨ - وأضاف قائلا ان فكرة الاختصاص التلقائي فيما يتعلق بالجرائم اﻷساسية هي فكرة يولي وفده اهتماما بالغا لها ، ويجب أن يكون الهدف ايجاد أكبر قدر ممكن من الاختصاص التلقائي على أوسع تعريف معقول لما يشكل الجرائم اﻷساسية .

Concerning article 7 bis, he was firmly in favour of automatic jurisdiction, as reflected in option I, and he supported a uniform approach for all crimes as far as the exercise of jurisdiction was concerned. He continued to favour the proposal originally submitted by the Republic of Korea in that regard.
٦١١- وبالنسبة الى المادة ٧ مكررا قال انه يحبذ بحزم الاختصاص التلقائي على النحو المجسد في الخيار اﻷول وهو يؤيد اتباع نهج موحد بالنسبة لجميع الجرائم فيما يتعلق بممارسة الاختصاص وقال انه ما زال يحبذ الاقتراح المقدم أصلا من جمهورية كوريا في هذا الصدد .

٥٢ - السيد أغيوس )مالطة( : قال ان بلده تعارض بقوة امكانية التقيد أو عدم الارتباط فيما يتعلق بقبول الاختصاص وتحبذ بشكل صارم الاختصاص التلقائي على الجرائم اﻷساسية الثلاث .

23. Mr. DIAZ LA TORRE (Peru) said there appeared to be a consensus that genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes should constitute the core crimes; it was to be hoped that consensus could also be reached on acceptance of automatic jurisdiction over all three core crimes.
٣٢ - السيد دياز لا توري )بيرو( : قال يبدو أن هناك توافقا في اﻵراء بأن تشكل الابادة الجماعية والجرائم ضد الانسانية وجرائم الحرب الجرائم اﻷساسية ؛ ومن المأمول فيه أن يتم التوصل الى توافق في اﻵراء بشأن قبول الاختصاص التلقائي على الجرائم اﻷساسية الثلاث .
