11. Adopts the interim criteria for evaluation of the performance of Basel Convention regional and coordinating centres as set forth in annex I to the present decision;

Adopts the criteria for evaluation of the performance of Basel Convention regional and coordinating centres as set forth in annex I to the present decision;
1 - يعتمد معايير تقييم أداء المراكز الإقليمية والتنسيقية لاتفاقية بازل المنصوص عليها في المرفق الأول للمقرر الحالي؛

12. Also adopts the interim methodology for evaluating the performance of Basel Convention regional and coordinating centres based on the interim criteria referred to in paragraph 2 above as set forth in annex II to the present decision;
3 - يعتمد أيضاً المنهجية المؤقتة لتقييم أداء المراكز الإقليمية والتنسيقية لاتفاقية بازل المستندة إلى المعايير المؤقتة المشار إليها في الفقرة 2 آنفاً، كما ترد في المرفق الثاني لهذا المقرر؛

Also adopts the methodology for evaluating the performance of Basel Convention regional and coordinating centres based on the criteria referred to in paragraph 1 above as set forth in annex II to the present decision;
2 - ويعتمد أيضاً منهجية تقييم أدء المراكز الإقليمية والتنسيقية لاتفاقية بازل المستندة إلى المعايير المشار إليها في الفقرة 1 آنفاً على النحو المنصوص عليه في المرفق الثاني للمقرر الحالي؛

Decides to evaluate, in accordance with the criteria and the methodology referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 above, respectively, the performance and sustainability of Basel Convention regional and coordinating centres every four years;
3 - ويقرر أن يقيم، وفقاً للمعايير والمنهجية المشار إليهما في الفقرتين 1 و2 آنفاً، على التوالي، أداء واستدامة المراكز الإقليمية والتنسيقية لاتفاقية بازل كل أريع سنوات؛

13. Decides to evaluate , in accordance with the interim criteria and the interim methodology referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3 above, respectively, the performance and sustainability of Basel Convention regional and coordinating centres at its twelfth meeting and every four years thereafter;
4 - يقرر أن يقيم أداء واستدامة المراكز الإقليمية والتنسيقية لاتفاقية بازل إبان اجتماعه الثاني عشر، وكل أربع سنوات بعد ذلك، وفقاً للمعايير المؤقتة والمنهجية المؤقتة المشار إليهما في الفقرتين 2 و3 آنفاً، على التوالي؛

(a) To continue its efforts to build the capacity of Basel Convention regional and coordinating centres to mobilize resources in their regions, and to facilitate discussions with project partners and donors with the aim of developing projects to be implemented at the country or regional levels;
(أ) تواصل الجهود التي تبذلها لبناء قدرات المراكز الإقليمية والتنسيقية لاتفاقية بازل لتعبئة الموارد في أقاليمها وتيسير المناقشات مع الشركاء في المشاريع ومع الجهات الممولة بهدف وضع مشاريع تنفذ على الصعد القطرية أو الإقليمية؛
