As such, it can lead to the granting of refugee status if a child has a well-founded fear of being persecuted by such measures on grounds of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion.
وعلى هذا الأساس، يمكن منح الطفل مركز اللاجئ إذا كانت لديه مخاوف مبررة من التعرض للاضطهاد بتدابير من هذا القبيل على أساس العرق أو الدين أو الجنسية أو الانتماء إلى مجموعة اجتماعية بعينها أو اعتناق آراء سياسية معينة.
