2- إذا كان عدد المرشحين الحاصلين على تلك الأغلبية أقل من المناصب المراد شغلها تجرى اقتراعات إضافية لشغل المناصب الباقية شريطة أنه إذا بقي منصب واحد فقط لشغله يطبق الإجراء المنصوص عليه في المادة 60 من النظام الداخلي.

If the number of candidates obtaining such a majority is less than the number of places to be filled, additional ballots shall be held to fill the remaining places, the voting being restricted to the candidates obtaining the largest number of votes in the previous ballot, in a number not exceeding twice the number of places remaining to be filled.
2 - إذا كان عدد المرشحين الحاصلين على تلك الأغلبية أقل من عدد المناصب المراد شغلها، تجرى اقتراعات إضافية لملء المناصب المتبقية، على أن يقتصر الاقتراع على المرشحين الحاصلين على أكبر عدد من الأصوات في الاقتراع السابق، بعدد لا يتجاوز ضعف عدد المناصب المتبقية المراد شغلها.

3. If the number of candidates obtaining such a majority is less than the number of places to be filled, additional ballots shall be held to fill the remaining places, the voting being restricted to the candidates obtaining the greatest number of votes in the previous ballot to a number not more than twice the places remaining to be filled.
٣ - إذا كان عدد المرشحين الحاصلين على هذه اﻷغلبية أقل من عدد المناصب المقرر شغلها، تجرى اقتراعات إضافية لشغل المناصب المتبقية، ويقتصر التصويت على المرشحين الذين حصلوا على أكبر عدد من اﻷصوات في الاقتراع السابق على ألا يتجاوز عددهم ضعف عدد المناصب المتبقية.

٣ - وإذا كان عدد المرشحين الحاصلين على هذه اﻷغلبية أقل من عدد المناصب المقرر شغلها، تجرى اقتراعات إضافية لشغل المناصب المتبقية، ويقتصر التصويت على المرشحين الذين حصلوا على أكبر عدد من اﻷصوات في الاقتراع السابق على ألا يتجاوز عددهم ضعف عدد المناصب المتبقية.
