33. Reports should describe any special safeguards or compensatory measures that have been introduced or strengthened in order to ensure that measures designed to protect the rights of child victims of the offences referred to by this Protocol do not have any undue impact on the rights of accused persons to a fair and impartial trial (see annex).
33- وينبغي أن تبين التقارير أية ضمانات خاصة أو تدابير تعويضية تم إدخالها أو تعزيزها لضمان أن لا يكون للتدابير المتخذة لحماية حقوق الأطفال ضحايا الجرائم الوارد ذكرها في البروتوكول، آثار لا داعي لها على حقوق الأشخاص المتهمين في الحصول على محاكمة عادلة ونزيهة (انظر المرفق).

25. In spite of the lack of an explicit provision excluding the criminalization and penalization of child victims of the offences covered by the Optional Protocol, the issue of avoiding the criminalization and double victimization of child victims is among the most common concerns raised by the Committee in the dialogue with States parties.

In spite of the lack of an explicit provision excluding the criminalization and penalization of child victims of the offences covered by the Optional Protocol, the issue of avoiding the criminalization and double victimization of child victims is among the most common concerns raised by the Committee in the dialogue with States parties.
